Here is the constructive critique you wanted:
The facial proportions are pretty good although it is hard to tell with out seeing the reference photo or the subject who you drew. The rendering of light and shadow seems consistent although I would suggest that you don't be afraid to use stronger highlights and to look for both the hard and soft shadow and sometimes those shadow mix like one side being hard and the other soft, those are my favorite ones. The hand is not to bad a little awkward I think but doesn't look to weird, the arm however it has an extra elbow. First it is coming out at a wrong angle, straight up and down but you see her should at an angle going out. Lets just say that it gets really confusing right there. Over all the portrait it's self seems fine.
